Titan Medical LLC, a proud distributor of Breg products, currently has a full-time opening for a Territory Sales Manager in Southern MO & Southern IL. If you are looking for a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference every day, this is the opportunity for you!

We are looking for a dependable, honest, hard-working person who enjoys teamwork and is a positive influence on others. Someone who is detail oriented, focused on accuracy, can follow systems, multi-task and communicate effectively.

Your workday will be busy... you will:




  • Be accountable for achievement of assigned company goals and objectives through sales to designated accounts.



  • Provide product education on technical and clinical aspects of products to customers, prospective customers, and patients.



  • Measure, fit, and troubleshoot Breg products including custom knee braces, back braces, and other Breg products.



  • Prepare, gather, and submit accurate paperwork required for insurance billing in a timely manner. Treat Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.



  • Provide inventory management services to customers, including ordering and returning product as needed.



  • Attend local trade shows on an as needed basis.




What your background will be:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a science field is strongly preferred.



  • Some applicable experience preferred, but not required. Applicable experience typically includes patient care, customer service, inventory, health insurance and billing, or other related service-oriented work.



  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in business-to-business sales, business development and/or direct patient contact is preferred.



  • Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word and Excel capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.



  • Must be able to communicate effectively, behave professionally in stressful situations, work independently and without supervision, establish rapport, follow instructions, and exercise professional judgment in all situations.



  • Candidate must live in the territory.



  • Candidate must be willing to travel and have own reliable transportation.

Salary Range



  • $42,000-$60,000 a year starting base salary pending candidate's experience.
    (Ability to switch to commission when ready, which will increase compensation)
