Overview The Readiness Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides high-level advisory and analytical support for strategic and operational readiness support services. The Readiness Support SME brings deep domain knowledge and experience in readiness support, supporting strategic planning, evaluation, and transformation initiatives aligned with the Department's mission. This position will support specific task orders requiring expert insight and is expected to engage directly with senior government stakeholders and integrated project teams. Provide subject matter expertise in strategic and operational readiness for the military, force training, or other federal workforces' education programs, and the safety of the DoD or civilian workforce.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred or required based on task order. Location: Varies by task order. May include on-site at the Pentagon, Wright-Patterson AFB, or other federal sites. Remote work is possible based on client needs and approval.
