Reports to: Director of Product Management
Location: Remote
Schedule: M-F; 35 hours

Position Overview:
Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading product initiatives in Salesforce, managing the product backlog, and working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features while ensuring that the delivery team adheres to agile best practices. We are looking for someone passionate about working for a nonprofit dedicated to improving mental health nationwide.
Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, balancing stakeholder require-ments, technical debt, and business value.
  • Drive product discovery, gathering insights from stakeholders, user feedback and product metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features, working closely with delivery teams to remove obsta-cles and manage risks.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for the delivery team, facilitating agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Remove impediments and help the team resolve blockers to ensure that sprint goals are achieved.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring trans-parency and alignment on product priorities.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure cross-functional dependencies are addressed and understood.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product progress, challenges, and successes.



Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Experience with Salesforce product management
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.



Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven experience managing complex product backlogs and working in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • 2+ years Salesforce product management (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is a plus.



Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer printers and phones.
  • Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders.
