IT Solution Architect Manager for Supply Chain (Pittsburgh, PA)

IT Solution Architect Manager for Supply Chain, Smith & Nephew, Inc., Pittsburgh, PA:

Owns architecture for complex IS/IT solutions to be deployed for S&N Supply Chain operations related projects (releases and/or rollouts) including architectural requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, sprint reviews, cloud maturity, training, functional specification approvals, automated testing, configuration, data conversion and solution governance in a Hybrid on premise and cloud architecture. Ensures solution consistency and assists in facilitating the change leadership interventions within Supply Chain Management/Operations and contributes to the Supply Chain IT continuous improvement by assessing impact of the new requests on the core architecture. Focuses on continuous improvement, keeps up with industry and proactively advises the business of new capabilities that can help them support the company growth and strategy. Performs Level 3 support for Supply Chain Management Enterprise software. Updates documentation and practices and constantly looks for new ways to 'Shift Left' Supply Chain IT support so lower cost models can be successful globally.

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science or related field plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or related role in the Supply Chain Manufacturing industry. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree the employer will accept 2 additional years of professional experience.

Of the required experience, must have 10 years of experience in all of the following:

• Architecture for complex IS/IT solutions to be deployed for Supply Chain.
• Supply Chain IT continuous improvement.
• SAP ERP (ECC6.0 and S4/HANA).
• Transportation Management.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in all of the following:

• Standard Supply Chain Process and Systems using Cloud-based methodologies and toolsets.
• Supply Chain Management, Planning, and Operations Business Solution software Architecture workspace.
• AGILE project methodology.
• Supply Chain Process Architecture.
• Solution Architecture.
• Data modelling and design.

Must be willing to travel domestically up to 10% of the time to visit S&N offices, and attend conferences and trainings.
