Overview

The Manager of Medical Staff Services is responsible for the management and direct oversight of all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the Medical Staff Services department.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees the Medical Staff Office on a daily basis.
  • Ensures departments are managed in accordance with financial objectives including development and managerial oversight of the budget.
  • Ensures that the Medical Staff Services and develop
  • Maintain an ongoing quality management program and stays current with respect to changes in accordance with regulatory requirements (DNV, CMS, NCQA, etc.).
  • Ensures Medical Staff Services, as well as regional sites have a stable operating platform from which to deliver effective and efficient services.
  • Supervises staff and complies with the responsibilities as required by The Carle Experience including rounding, performance evaluations, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $32.66per hour - $56.18per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
