*Develop and lead an integrated fundraising strategy in partnership with the CEO and COO to support organizational growth and sustainability.
*Create and oversee major giving programs for the Board, Honorary Board, and Leadership Council; cultivate strong relationships with members of these groups to achieve fundraising goals. *Staff and manage the Board Development Committee and Leadership Council, including meeting planning, materials development, and strategies to expand and deepen member engagement. *In partnership with the Director of Communications, build and manage the development-communications strategy. *Drive achievement of annual fundraising goals across all giving streams, with an emphasis on major gifts. *Lead the development of the Schwartz Center's case for support in collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership. *Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the Director of Individual Giving, supporting donor strategies, prospect assignments, and annual giving programs. *Personally manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. *Oversee corporate sponsorship and event-based fundraising, including the annual dinner and conference. *In collaboration with a foundation consultant, lead strategy and execution of foundation support, including research, proposal development, donor engagement, and stewardship. *Provide strategic support for development activities within the portfolios of the CEO, COO, and key volunteers. *Ensure timely donor stewardship, including acknowledgements and customized reporting. *Maintain clear communication and financial accountability with the Finance team regarding donor funds. *Collaborate with leaders across Mass General Brigham's Academic Medical Centers (AMC) and Enterprise development offices, including active participation on the MGB CDO Council to share updates, align strategic priorities, and collaborate with CDOs across the system.
