What You'll Do

• Start meaningful conversations with potential customers using phone, email, and digital platforms

• Listen actively and learn to identify customer needs-we'll guide you every step of the way

• Work closely with teammates on the Sales team to turn leads into genuine opportunities

• Organize and track outreach using Salesforce CRM

• Sharpen your communication skills with ongoing coaching and mentorship

What We're Looking For You don't need experience in tech or sales-just an interest in connecting with people and the drive to grow. If you bring a strong foundation, we'll help you build the rest.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred

• Great interpersonal and written communication skills

• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Basic familiarity with CRM systems-or willingness to learn

• Thoughtful time management and organizational habits

• A positive, proactive attitude

• Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX (Monday-Friday)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
