Program Manager II- Affinity in Fort Washington, PA This is a hybrid role working from our Fort Washington, PA office This senior level role supports the continued success of Aon Affinity's growing Healthcare Division. The position is responsible for driving policy and premium growth for the Nurses Service Organization (NSO) www.nso.com business. NSO offers professional liability insurance to nursing students, professionals, schools, businesses and practices. Today, NSO helps protect over 600,000 nursing professionals and is endorsed by over 80 national, state and specialty associations across the United States. The role has P&L responsibility for achieving new customer acquisition, renewals, expenses and margins for individual professionals and students, which includes Registered Nurses, LPN/LVNs, and advanced practice nursing professionals. This is to be achieved via collaboration with Marketing, Operations, IT and divisional leadership in addition to your expertise in program and account management. What the day will look like Program Management The role requires the ability to collaborate with internal departments as well as external organizations to develop and execute strategies and tactics to meet business goals. The successful candidate will drive profitable growth through strategic marketing promotions, product enhancements, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the dedicated marketing strategist, operations team, and insurance carrier partner. This includes optimizing service and marketing channels while ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and underwriting guidelines. The program manager role will interact with the insurance carrier. Activities range from working on individual policies to recommendations for product improvements to continue the programs strong growth. Account Management Overall responsibility for our association's partners belongs to the successful candidate. However, the role works with the manager of the account management team and account managers to manage these relationships and grow membership penetration of endorsing association members. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $100,000 to $120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
