Overview

**This is a job posting for any candidate interested in obtaining an in-person Office internship nationwide with Gilbane in 2026**

The Office Intern is responsible for assisting office and/or project Staff within an office setting.


Responsibilities

Interns learn about Gilbane's support or operations teams in a variety of specialties including accounting, marketing, human resources, estimating, scheduling and other essential duties.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program for the department or team
- Prior exposure to construction industry is a plus
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Depending on individual role requirements, positions may be located at any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

The pay ranges from $17.50-$32.00 per hour.
