Summary of Job Description:

The PX International and Licensing Associate provides administrative support to the Panda Express International Leadership and International and Licensed PMO Team to plan and coordinate meetings and events with the Panda International Leadership Team and international partners. This position researches relevant country market data and updates International Development materials, including the International Core Team deck.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and project support to International Leadership and PMO team.Coordinates team meetings and other administrative support. Takes meeting minutes and updates bi-weekly meeting/presentation materials.
  • Performs basic support functions on projects, logistics, and relationships related to International and Licensed business under supervision of the PMO team.
  • Supports International Leadership Team and PMO Team in organizing meetings, travel and communication with International partners and License partners.
  • Provides administrative project support to the VP, International and PMO Team related to international and licensed operations.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, operations, or international relations
  • Minimum one year of experience in a retail/hospitality environment require
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training

Pay Range: P1 $28-$35/ hour

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
