Complex Leader Location(s): Blythewood, SC, US, 29016 Function: Manufacturing Audience: Experienced Professional Work Arrangement: On Site Requisition ID: 65578 Job Title: Production Manager/Complex Leader PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Complex Leader is responsible for all aspects of the safety, quality, cost, production and employee engagement for the Blythewood, SC plant. This position is accountable for a multi-shift operation and plays an integral role in the establishment of a strong and sustainable safety culture. The Complex Leader must demonstrate leadership across department boundaries to safely produce a quality product, at the lowest possible cost, while maintaining safety, environmental, and policy compliance. The Complex Leader is accountable for providing support for our 24/7 manufacturing operation, shift leaders, and associated processes. This person must have a strong sense of personal commitment towards the business and our customers; an ability to foster teamwork throughout the organization; communicate effectively with all levels ranging from primary workforce to plant leadership. The Complex Leader must build a culture of trust, respect, and accountability in a Union environment. In addition, the individual in this position helps to implement organizational strategies, standards and practices enrolling employees to achieve the Plant's business strategy and deliver results.
