As an Employment Specialist you will, provide career development and job placement services to Hennepin County youth who are at risk of educational neglect, ages 16-24 in our Hennepin County Youth Employment Program. This position will work with a large network of referring community partners and Hennepin County partners. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: * 3 years of experience in Human Services or a related field. * Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field * Knowledge and understanding of case noting and participant file management. * Knowledge and ability to prioritize of data tracking. * Ability and desire to travel to connect with employers and participants. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
