The Brewhouse Inn & Suites | Embassy Suites Rockford | The Stella Hotel & Ballroom

Step into a leadership role where history meets hospitality. At The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee's Brewery District, industrial-chic design, rich history, and modern suites come together to create a one-of-a-kind guest experience. As our Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll drive strategy not only for this award-winning hotel but also for two other unique properties: the Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront, a vibrant full-service hotel with more than 30,000 square feet of event space, and The Stella Hotel & Ballroom, a boutique property housed in a beautifully restored early-1900s building in downtown Kenosha.

In this regional role, you'll guide on-property sales teams, build powerful marketing strategies, activate local partnerships, and lead revenue growth across all three hotels. We're looking for a collaborative, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment-and who's ready to have some fun while doing it.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to each hotel
  • Mentor and support on-property sales teams with weekly performance reviews and goal setting
  • Drive corporate, group, and event sales through prospecting, relationships, and creative promotions
  • Oversee marketing efforts including website content, paid media, social strategy, and OTAs
  • Collaborate with revenue and operations leaders on forecasting and demand strategies
  • Build strong partnerships with community influencers, CVBs, and corporate planners
  • Guide marketing activations, sponsorships, and grassroots campaigns for maximum impact
  • Develop talent through coaching, training, and succession planning
  • Track KPIs and present insights to senior leadership
  • Ensure marketing consistency and compliance across all platforms



Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of progressive hotel sales and marketing experience
  • Multi-property or regional experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing market share
  • Digital marketing expertise and CRM system proficiency (Delphi, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between properties
  • Valid driver's license required
  • CHSP, CHME, or CMP certification a plus



What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $99,000-$115,000 + discretionary bonus
