The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 36.64 USD - 54.96 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • This role will help optimize the operation of existing equipment and processes throughout the building supporting the maintenance team with their day-to-day needs with spare parts, work orders, and overall organization of the tools needed to execute the maintenance agenda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as core owner in maintaining, updating and executing the CMMS system Computerized Maintenance Management System, working diligently with the maintenance team to continuously prepare work orders and help ensure preventive maintenance actions are being executed on time and in full. Collaborate with the maintenance team in building preventative maintenance schedules for new equipment and services, prioritizing by criticality.
  • Manage the stock of critical hardware, equipment, parts, and supplies inventories in CMMS. Places and expedites orders and verifies receipt. Ensures proper inventory of spare parts is accurate. Issues parts to the maintenance team as needed. Kits parts for planned maintenance activities.
  • Maintains and rebuilds basic parts, such as tooling and change parts.
  • Coordinate facility, trade and OEM-service contractors when necessary
  • Support team projects to solve problems and improve processes and procedures that improve OEE, safety, quality and work environment
  • Maintains shop cleanliness and organization and that 5S is being executed in all maintenance storage + work areas with collaboration of the overall maintenance team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a maintenance-related role, with at least 2 years of experience working in a consumer-packaged goods or related industry manufacturing + production environment
  • Competent in use of a CMMS
  • Experience with handling spare parts and planning aspects of maintenance
  • Proven, working knowledge of maintenance principles in a factory environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a maintenance discipline role

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Able to interpret drawings / schematics and comprehend parts list
  • Minimal working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fluid / pneumatical disciplines / functions
  • Experience working collaboratively on diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timeframes and deadlines
  • Ability to use various programs such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD
  • Working knowledge of LEAN, TPM and predictive maintenance processes are a plus, but not required
  • Capable of handling stressful situations and being able to adapt to urgent production focused needs if they arise
  • 2 years of experience working in a consumer-packaged goods or related industry manufacturing + production environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Time, and ability to work OT as required.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
