Summary:
The Compliance Assistant role supports NorDx's privacy and compliance programs by performing routine audits and investigations to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. This role maintains all necessary policies and procedures to meet corporate compliance objectives.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associates Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Certification in Compliance preferred.
  3. Experience: Two years of experience in healthcare, working with HIPAA preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Computer/office skills with Microsoft products
