Logistics Supervisor

Marvin Composites is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead the flow of materials across two of our facilities in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll supervise warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, with direct responsibility for teams that support both standard weekday shifts and 24/7 production crews working 12-hour rotations. You'll coordinate freight, drive safe and efficient material handling, and lead process improvements to support smooth, reliable operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Team Leadership & Culture: Build and support a strong, values-driven team culture across logistics functions, encouraging engagement, accountability, and growth
• Operational Oversight: Supervise shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient material movement and accurate inventory across two facilities
• Labor Management: Lead scheduling and staffing efforts to support team efficiency and coverage across all shifts
• Cost Control: Lead freight and logistics-related costs to support budget and operational goals
• Safety & Organization: Maintain safe, clean, and organized logistics areas while promoting a strong culture of safety and compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Support the ongoing efforts related to the storage, movement, and flow of materials and products to improve speed, consistency, and overall system efficiency

• Leadership experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
• Strong safety mentality and ability to lead with integrity and in alignment with Marvin's values
• Understanding of material flow, inventory control, and freight coordination
• Experience with logistics systems, tools, or inventory management software preferred
• Valid driver's license and current or obtainable forklift certification
