Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Testing toleadour testing function acrosshealthcare BPaaS platforms. This role is responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide test strategies and managing the full test lifecycle - from unit testing through SIT and UAT - with a focus on healthcare payer systems. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a passion for quality, and hands-onexperience with HealthEdge HealthRules Payer (HRP) platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Testing Strategy & Planning

• Define and maintain a scalable testing strategy aligned with BPaaS platform delivery models.
• Develop and manage detailed test plans, cases, and scripts across multiple product releases.

End-to-End Test Lifecycle Management

• Oversee unit, system integration (SIT), user acceptance (UAT), regression, and performance testing.
• Manage UAT cycles including coordination with client SMEs, defect triage, and sign-off milestones.

Cross-Partner Testing Coordination

• Proven ability to coordinate testing efforts across diverse internal teams and external partners.
• Drive alignment, transparency, and accountability throughout complex, multi-organization delivery programs.
• Facilitate joint test planning, execution checkpoints, and issue resolution with system integrators, third-party vendors, and clients.

Automation Strategy

• Define and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy leveraging industry-standard tools.
• Establish reusable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

Team Leadership & Governance

• Lead a team of QA managers, engineers, and analysts across geographies and vendors.
• Implement metrics-driven governance and reporting dashboards to track quality KPIs.

Healthcare Domain Expertise

• Ensure domain-aligned validation for healthcare business processes including enrollment, claims, billing, and provider workflows.
• Lead defect root-cause analysis tied to HIPAA, NCQA, and CMS compliance impacts.

Platform-Specific Experience

• Provide guidance and oversight for testing HealthEdge HRP configurations, APIs, extensions, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with platform squads and COE to support HRP-specific release readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• REQUIRESDeep understanding of healthcare payer systems, preferably across all lines of business Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and DSNP.
• Strong experience withHealthEdge HealthRules Payer(HRP) - configurations, batch testing, and integration validation.
• Proven track record in coordinating testing across matrixed organizations and delivery partners.
• Experience in test automation design and execution.
• Agile and hybrid delivery experience with CI/CD toolchains.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing leadership.
