What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner with the Territory Manager to present a unified ERP solution that includes both software and consulting services, positioning services as essential to the Customer's implementation success.
- Participate in prospect interactions to understand prospect priorities and support the Solution Architect in shaping a services strategy aligned to the customer's goals, constraints, and delivery approach.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to define the project scope and implementation vision that will guide the consulting strategy and inform the SOW.
- Own the drafting and finalization of SOWs, clearly outlining project objectives, phases, resource requirements, roles, key assumptions, and consulting effort estimates.
- Co-lead the Implementation Planning Meeting with the Solution Architect, introducing delivery methodology, confirming scope, and aligning on key success factors for a successful project launch.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for the SOW, including pricing, terms, and scope boundaries.
- Maintain and forecast services opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline stage tracking, next steps, and expected bookings.
- Contribute to internal deal strategy sessions and close planning in partnership with the Territory Manager.
- Facilitate a seamless sales-to-services handoff, ensuring delivery teams have clear expectations and project context to begin execution.

- Relevant experience in the computer software industry.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence and drive revenue outcomes.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging both customers and executive teams effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue forecasting and opportunity management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs
What Could Set You Apart:
- 8+ years of relevant consulting experience with proven success.
- 3+ years of consulting experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industries preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- Ongoing technical certifications to stay current with industry developments.
