Job Description Summary:
The Contract, Commercial Operations plays a vital role in integrating and managing new data sets to support PTC's product launches, with a focus on claims data, payer data, and new Specialty Pharmacy Providers. Essential responsibilities include ensuring data quality and validation, enhancing CRM functionality, and coordinating process improvements. This role requires managing cross-functional collaboration, performing data analysis, and maintaining documentation to ensure efficient and accurate reporting solutions.
Additionally, the analyst manages team rosters, assesses alignment changes, and communicates key inputs to cross-functional partners. They also assist in planning integrated change request processes across BI/IT departments, conduct geographical sales analysis, and ensure data quality in reporting solutions. The analyst is responsible for maintaining SOP documentation, data mapping, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.
The incumbent ensures adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Primary duties/responsibilities:
- Ensure Sales team CRM enhancements and new projects are prioritized appropriately and with the consideration of scalability and ongoing maintenance.
- Analyze configuration changes working with Veeva CRM System Administrator (IT). Establish CRM test scripts and coordinate/schedule UATs with relevant field users
- Determine and coordinate process improvements related to CRM functionality, customer data, and reporting.
- Improve and enrich data quality within CRM - address, status, affiliations of HCPs, COEs , establish match/merge and stewardship activities.
- Manage roster for all field facing teams along with on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Assess quarterly cyclical alignment changes and conduct impact analysis and communicate key inputs ZTT/Roster/Target lists to all cross functional partners Patient Services/BI/IT.
- Assist in planning and development of an integrated change request processes across cross-functional BI/IT departments.
- Build geographical sales analysis, including: trend analysis, regional data, product rankings, market segmentation, call analysis and other miscellaneous sales support.
- Prioritize projects, meet timelines and exceed quality standards based on incoming and ongoing business needs.
- Analyze data and data requirements regarding reporting solutions, ensure data quality, and match back to core systems transaction results.
- Create and Maintain SOP documentation of Bus Ops solutions (CRM, Reporting, IC), data mapping, data dictionary, and reporting standards.
- Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in a related business or scientific discipline and a minimum of 5+ years minimum: Veeva CRM, Data stewardship, Claims and SP Data experience, manage ZTT/Roster/Target lists 3+ years minimum: IC, Territory Alignment design, * Special knowledge or skills needed and/or licenses or certificates required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience designing and building visualizations using PowerBI or other business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense) - strong interest in learning new tools and software is key.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical methodologies, statistics, and implementing structured ways of analyzing business problems.
- Good understanding of uncovering data/analysis requirements, and analytical needs
- Effective interpersonaland written communication skills including the ability to create and deliver clear and impactful data presentations, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team members.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
* Travel requirements 0-10% Remote - (East/Central Time Zone) Expected HourlySalary Range: $55 - $75. The hourly salary offered will be contingent on assessment of candidate education level, background, and experience relative to the requirements of the position they are being considered for, as well as review of internal equity.
