Base Compensation Range: $116,750 - $146,000
*In addition, you qualify for:



  • Annual bonus opportunity of 15% based on company performance
  • Annual equity award of $14,000

Job Summary

Lead the future of NetSuite at Mesa Labs! As our most senior ERP administrator, you'll drive global optimization efforts and play a critical role in how we scale our systems, processes, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in NetSuite OneWorld environments supporting manufacturing operations and accounting/finance, including intercompany processes and advanced revenue management. Strong business process knowledge and financial acumen are essential, along with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

As part of Mesa's Enterprise Solutions team, you'll have a direct and meaningful impact on hundreds of users across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Duties/Responsibilities



  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NetSuite and its integrations
  • Evaluate evolving business needs and define NetSuite architecture to support long-term scalability and compliance
  • Provide technical mentorship to team members
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and create scalable new capabilities
  • Deliver end-user training and documentation
  • Oversee maintenance and administration of NetSuite and connected tools (e.g. RF-Smart, Pacejet)
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and resolve complex ERP issues
  • Lead ERP workstream for M&A onboarding
  • Support audit, SOX, and compliance efforts
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements


Experience/Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Information Systems, or similar
  • 8+ years ERP administrator experience, including at least 5 years administering NetSuite in a complex, multi-subsidiary environment


Knowledge and Skillsets Required



  • Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) expertise
  • Strong experience with NetSuite OneWorld multi-subsidiary with arms-length intercompany
  • Manufacturing experience (serialized and lot controlled products)
  • Proficiency with SuiteAnalytics and strong data/ETL skills
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) and/or NetSuite ERP (OneWorld, multi-subsidiary), preferred
  • Skilled in visual problem solving techniques, preferred
  • Experience creating and maintaining software development workflows (CI/CD), e.g. Azure DevOps, preferred
  • Experience with M&A onboarding, preferred
  • Experience with SOX compliance, preferred
