Overview Milliman's Indianapolis Health practice is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive. This is an entry-level position that supports multiple pharmaceutical manufacturer client teams by managing client relationships and assisting in operational processes for client accounts. You will collaborate with senior project managers, data analysts, editorial and creative staff, and quality groups to ensure that work product and production processes match the highest level of quality expectations. As part of the career development pathway, you will lead projects that support the strategies of our clients and begin to develop subject matter expertise in the U.S. healthcare industry. The Team The pharmaceutical consulting team is a group of 60+ individuals in the Indianapolis Health practice from varying backgrounds including actuaries, data analysts, pharmacists, and graphic designers. This group works primarily with pharmaceutical manufacturers and consults on their relationship with insurance companies and other stakeholders of the pharmaceutical value chain. Location The person hired for this role will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, with 2 to 3 days per week of on-site work required in our Indianapolis office on a weekly basis. Compensation The overall salary range for this role is $65,200 - $104,200. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus-plan, profit sharing, and generous benefits.
