Requirements

Essential Functions & Duties

  • Develop and sustain relationships with key clients and business contacts, providing training and support to clients as a back up to Treasury Services staff
  • Maintain knowledge of client needs and competitor products and services, including pricing of deposit and loan products, fees and other charges in the market
  • Work with lenders and relationship managers to assist in achieving bank wide sales goals; assists in identifying prospects and clients requiring services
  • Assist in completion of scheduled review of business client files regarding risk management, risk control and the annual review for ACH and RDC clients
  • Prepare required agreements and documentation for closings and ensuring all required documentation is received and archived post-closing as a back-up to Business Banking Officer
  • Promote all products and services with cross-selling to meet client needs and make bank-wide referrals as opportunities arise
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Post High School Education
  • Minimum 2-4 years related experience
