Connect production, systems engineering, and sales support for the Lync brand.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Train and support reps in Lync project configurations
  • Cross train on order entry procedures and back-up Sales Orders as needed
  • Answer the Sales line as needed
  • Extract sales data from Epicor and Universe and report business performance by representative, product, market/segment, and channel
  • Update the Top Ten Representative report monthly
  • Maintain a list and map of Lync rep territories
  • Maintain Rep's Customer records in Epicor by updating quotas annually, and entering address changes
  • Learn Lync products to back-up regional managers as needed.
  • Use Enterprise Application Software and CRM Systems document and manage service functions.
  • Resolve technical product support inquiries with Systems Engineering and Product Management.
  • A self-starter with ability to work in a team-oriented support environment.
  • Effectively communicate at different levels of the organization both internally and externally.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma
  • Some college preferred or equivalent work experience, 2 or more years of relevant work experience.

MANAGEMENT:

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to process and analyze data using Microsoft Excel formulas, Pivot tables, charts, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced office environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
