About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be accountable for operating material handling equipment and managing the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations. Shift & Schedule Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Weekend Availability: Required Compensation Hourly Rate: $24.00 Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing) Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company guidelines. Record and track all material movements within the warehouse, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures. Maintain compliance with safety and quality assurance standards, including government regulations. Report malfunctioning equipment promptly to plant management. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, including sweeping floors and removing trash. Support product quality, legality, and safety by maintaining sanitary conditions and reporting potential contamination. Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High School Diploma or GED. Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, decimals, and fractions. At least one year of deep-reach forklift experience or equivalent training. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks safely and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Valid forklift operating license.
