This position is based in the following office location:

Manchester, NH

The opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President of Academic Operations, you will play a strategic leadership role within the administrative team, which includes the Executive Vice President of Campus Administration, the Vice President of Academic Affairs, and the Vice President of Academic Operations. You will be involved high-level decision-making while overseeing and enhancing administrative processes, supporting budget development, and coordinating cross-departmental projects.

What you'll do:

  • Develop administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency across the department(s).
  • Be a trusted advisor to the EVP, Campus Administration and VP, Academic Affairs, providing high-level administrative support by scheduling and preparing for meetings, creating agendas, and overseeing the follow-up of critical tasks.
  • Help with some budgetary responsibilities such as tracking expenses, ensuring compliance with financial policies. Approve purchases and reallocate funds and expense reports.
  • Manage student workers and graduate assistants by setting performance goals, evaluating progress, and providing feedback.
  • Be the primary contact for the administrative office, managing communications with internal departments, external partners, and other team members to support strategic goals.
  • Lead the execution of special events, staff retreats, travel arrangements, and leadership meetings, including agenda development, logistics, and team member communication.
  • Oversee the management of the building, including coordinating with other departments and external vendors to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
  • Lead a team of administrative staff by providing training, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a role with increasing administrative responsibilities, experience in data management/reporting, managing budgets, and financial reconciliation
  • Associate's degree

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $51,608.00 - $82,590.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $57,027.00 - $77,155.00.
