JOB DESCRIPTION This position located in Plymouth, MI reports to the JIT US Finance Director and is responsible for "virtual city" and contract manufacturing ledgers.
- Lead team of two financial analysts
- Ensure proper accounting and transaction of pricing / cost updates and other commercially negotiated arrangements (LTAs, material econ pass through, pricing updates, etc.)
- Prepare and explain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for business unit, projections, variance, and trend analysis.
- Drive accuracy in outlooking process with full command of risks, opportunities, and relevant industry information.
- Oversight of operations compliance with company accounting policies, general internal controls, and SOX 302 reporting requirements.
Candidate Profile The candidate will be an experienced financial professional in a complex, publicly traded industrial manufacturing company. This individual must demonstrate personal characteristics including high energy, tenacity, a commitment to excellence, strong leadership, and a focus on responsibility and accountability. The successful candidate will also need to exhibit a balance between world class financial acumen and a strong operations orientation. In addition, they will be expected to provide exceptional business partnership skills and have the business acumen to take on broader responsibilities in the future within finance or in a general management position. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of providing exceptional overall business advice and leadership, with prior experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business; MBA
- 10+ year of increasingly responsible finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Excel and Adient financials IT systems: HFM and SAP
