We are seeking a forward-thinking Group Manager, Security and Infrastructure to lead our Global Enterprise Security, Network, and Infrastructure operations. This role is critical to ensuring the security, performance, and scalability of Hamilton Beach Brands' global IT environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a proactive mindset to support our digital transformation and global growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership- Lead a global team responsible for enterprise security, network operations, and infrastructure services. - Develop and implement strategies that align IT infrastructure and security with business objectives. - Partner with cross-functional teams to support innovation, product development, and operational efficiency. Enterprise Security- Oversee cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, GDPR, CCPA). - Manage security audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning. Network & Infrastructure- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient network and infrastructure systems across global locations. - Manage hybrid cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) and on-premise data centers. - Ensure high availability, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness. Project & Vendor Management- Lead infrastructure and security projects from planning to execution. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). - Oversee IT budgets and resource allocation. Team Development- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Conduct performance reviews and support professional development initiatives. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred). - 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). - Experience with tools such as firewalls, VPNs, SIEM, endpoint protection, and identity management. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus. Preferred Attributes:- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Experience in a consumer products or manufacturing environment is a plus. - Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, and automation tools is desirable.
