Job Description:

Working in a world class Facilities organization with talented groups of Engineers, Technicians, and technical supportive management. An organization that focuses on growth, talent development, and continuous improvement. Responsible for all Facilities' mechanical design projects and sustaining maintenance activities. Work with technicians, contractors, Facilities' Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production groups on major projects.

This Job Is For You If

  • Lead Facilities' projects such as new equipment installation and clean room construction
  • Review new equipment Facilities requirement and create installation plan
  • Design layout for new equipment in Auto-CAD
  • Design of Exhaust Duct for new Equipment
  • Provide details for any clean room space changes and work with architectural contractors as needed
  • All Design Drawings are to be completed in Auto-Cad to get bids from multiple contractors.
  • Work with Equipment, Production, Process and Safety groups on coordinating projects and providing detailed schedules
  • Perform Exhaust Capacity Study and provide solutions for future expansion
  • Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
  • Ensure PMs (planned maintenance) are completed on time
  • Responsible for sustaining all Scrubbers and Exhaust within specifications working with Facilities Team.
  • Responsible for Clean Room control of air flows and HEPA Filters performance
  • Monitor Cooling Towers performance and support maintenance activities
  • Respond to emergency situation such as:
    • Exhaust duct leaks and work with contractors on a speedy resolution to minimize equipment down time
    • Loss of Air Handlers and Exhaust, and provide speedy recovery
  • Comply with all ISO requirements and be able to develop new procedures as needed.
  • Comply with any applicable State and local City Codes, Building Code, and Safety Procedures such as Lock Out Tag Out.
  • Support Facilities documentation and update relevant documents in Intelex as needed
  • Complete assigned projects on time and to specifications
  • Create Purchase Orders and monitor all procurement activities of projects and services including engineering support, construction, and long lead time for parts and equipment.
  • Coordinate and monitor all procurement activities of projects including engineering support, construction services, and long lead time for parts and equipment.
  • Escalate to the next management level any issues or obstacles that could lead to delay of projects' schedule
  • Provide a monthly report summarizing all maintenance and project activities
  • Work with a high level of autonomy according to business priorities
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international Tower sites to provide support as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced Auto-CAD knowledge and skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities equipment, design, installation and maintenance with emphasis on process piping and exhaust systems.
  • Experience in Facilities projects for Clean Room and Semiconductor Equipment Installation is a plus
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline is preferable or equivalent proven work experience

Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000
