Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity to support the NIWC Atlantic PMW 770 Division and Afloat Submarine Integrated Product Team providing business financial management expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting NAVWAR, be well versed in ERP, and experience with Power BI strongly desired.

Responsibilities:



  • Update internal tracking workbook for all assigned Projects within Surface Ship Integration Division Task Order
  • Pull and update all Weekly Financial Reports to provide to Project Leads. Track and communicate any potential surplus/shortfalls
  • Conduct Delivery Order expenditure analysis/reconciliation between various IP's
  • Track all project funding/costs/contract obligations for all assigned Projects with SNC. Provide information to Project Leads for updated status on funding and expenditures vs. what was budgeted out
  • Pull and review data for outstanding funding requests and spend plans to ensure funding is received and evaluate contractor spend plans and monitor expenditures against them
  • Attend weekly IPT meeting and weekly Project Meetings to provide updates for funding issues/concerns for Projects
  • Maintain and modify as needed Funding Execution Plans
  • Build budgets and manage required revisions via Funding Authorization Documents (FDAs), Task Order Funding Requests (TOFRs), and contract modifications, and Modify Projects within NERP
  • Provide Ad Hoc support to Division BFM to include data calls, budget/spend plans, execution plans
  • Maintain and manage Financial Trackers for Project Leads
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings. Capture meeting minutes; assign and tracking action items; and coordinate and facilitate leads and working groups to meet project objectives
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on products and processes to ensure compliance with policies and directives
  • Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices using MS Office 365 tool suite. Leverage tool suite capabilities to maximize efficiencies in communication and reporting.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of experience in financial management
  • 2+ years supporting NAVWAR or DoD programs
  • Demonstrated proficiency with financial systems and data integration tools and ERP systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities; comfort with pivot tables, financial models, and scenario planning
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, risk analysis, and budget execution for complex federal programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate technical or operational risks into financial language
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams with a high level of autonomy
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance


Desired Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of DoD PPBE processes and federal appropriations lifecycle
    Active DoD Secret clearance


Salary: 80k+ to align with experience and education

Schedule: 100% onsite/on base in Charleston, SC
