Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Program Management Analyst/Coordinator to support a federal agency. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day program operations, project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and reporting activities across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

    Track project schedules, risks, and deliverables across IT and business efforts
  • Maintain project documentation (e.g., plans, risk logs, action items)
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Support budget tracking, procurement coordination, and invoice validation
  • Prepare status reports and executive briefings
  • Maintain contract deliverables and compliance logs
  • Assist with staffing coordination and onboarding activities
  • Apply PM best practices (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) and support process improvements


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of program/project support experience in federal or similar settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred

  • PMP or CAPM certification
  • Familiarity with federal contracting and procurement
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project environments
