Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Rental Coordinator - General Line to support the rental activities for construction equipment and coordinate rental details to and through other Ziegler departments and customers. Job will require you to work on-site Monday thru Friday from 7:30am thru 5pm. On call duties as needed. Responsibilities: Creates rental agreements Coordinates equipment deliveries and returns Assists rental preparations with service Provides accurate and timely customer invoices Develops a knowledge base of rental fleet equipment and rental applications Completes required administrative reporting requirements Updates equipment status, work order status, and yard status Works closely with Rental Sales Team in an effort to deliver excellent customer service and value Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors Assists with after-hours, on-call responsibilities Answers incoming calls from Sales Reps, vendors, or customers Follows up with Sales Reps via phone and other interactions Answers calls from Ziegler Rental call center Develops expertise with Ziegler's rental software tools Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferred Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Commitment / Dependability, Customer Focus, Efficiency, Planning and Organization Thrives in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of heavy or agricultural equipment preferred but not required Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required Minimum Physical Requirements: Walking, talking, hearing Working conditions may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times. The total compensation (hourly pay plus incentive) for this position is $24.00 to $29.76 Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, and education.
