We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Technician to join our team and play a critical role in supporting engineering projects and new product development. What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues across equipment and systems

  • Plan and execute maintenance and repair tasks to minimize downtime and optimize performance

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues

  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement technical solutions

  • Assist in installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems

  • Support new product design initiatives through testing, setup, and performance validation

  • Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and product performance data

  • Mentor junior technicians on technical procedures, safety protocols, and best practices

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise for engineering projects

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all technical activities

What You Bring
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in engineering or technical roles

  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred

  • Certification in a relevant engineering discipline is a plus

  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and systems

  • Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Word/Excel, and electrical test equipment setup

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (DWGs)

  • Experience operating lathes and mills to fabricate precision parts (preferred)

  • Familiarity with plasma cutting processes and controls (preferred)

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as required
