Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at our E-commerce location in Blue Springs, MO. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the overall success of the business.

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the business
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure high levels of customer service
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
