Genesis10 is currently seeking a Corporate Restructuring Associate for a PERM role with our client in Minneapolis, MN. This role is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office.
Summary: Client is actively recruiting an associate to join the Corporate Restructuring practice team. Candidates may be resident in our New York, Wilmington, Dallas, or Minneapolis offices. Our Finance & Restructuring group provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of bankruptcy and financial matters, including corporate debt restructurings and related litigation matters. We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Compensation: Yearly Salary $210,000 - $280,000 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
