The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned program. This role involves ensuring the compliant delivery of program and partnership goals, managing team productivity, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with customer and Syneos Health standards.
  • Team Supervision: Directly supervise team members, providing feedback and coaching to elevate performance.
  • Program Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of program goals and assignments, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track program deliverables against the Statement of Work (SOW) and delivery dates, ensuring all standard deliverables are met.
  • Talent Management: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the program, ensuring team members receive appropriate coaching and support.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks to program success, escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field reimbursement people management or field reimbursement role with demonstrated leadership development.
  • Prior experience in cardiovascular therapeutic area.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175k-$185k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
