These products run Embedded Linux and are built for reliability, performance, and scalability in demanding environments.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of electronics design, firmware development, and embedded systems architecture-and who is passionate about mentoring engineers and delivering robust, production-ready solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Mentor a multidisciplinary team of embedded software and electronics engineers.
  • Drive Electronics Design: Oversee schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection for industrial-grade hardware platforms.
  • Support Firmware Development: Guide the development of embedded firmware including board bring-up, peripheral integration, and real-time control logic.
  • Embedded Linux Expertise: Lead the configuration and maintenance of Embedded Linux platforms, including kernel, bootloader, and device drivers.
  • Deliver Projects: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Integrate & Optimize: Ensure seamless integration between hardware and firmware, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and diagnostics.
  • Promote Best Practices: Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD, version control, and documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in embedded systems development, with a strong background in both electronics and firmware.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, hardware abstraction layers, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Deep understanding of Embedded Linux, including kernel configuration and device driver development.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, CAN, RS-485).
  • Experience with hardware design tools (e.g., Altium) and debugging equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
