Job Overview: The Manpower, Personnel & Training (MPT) Analyst, SR (IV) leads or conducts various analyses to include but not limited to job task, manpower workload, knowledge and skills assessment, instructional methods and media, learning, and training systems analyses. Designs and develops training products and programs following Systems Approach to Training methodologies.
