Marketing Associate - NA Food Ingredients

Key Responsibilities

• Market Insights Support: Assist senior marketers in gathering and synthesizing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams in Sales, Business Units, and Applications to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Brand Collateral Management: Order, track, and maintain inventory of branded merchandise, promotional items, and marketing collateral.
• Event & Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns and B2B events & tradeshows, including logistics, vendor coordination, and collateral preparation.
• Administrative Support: Manage purchase orders, shipping logistics, and vendor communications related to marketing materials.
• Reporting & Documentation: Help compile campaign performance reports, maintain marketing calendars, and document best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support
• role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a keen eye for detail and layout
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Familiarity with secondary research databases (Mintel, Euromonitor, Nielsen IQ) is a plus.

Salary Range

$58,000- $65,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
