Description

The Human Resources Specialist role provides consultation, guidance and support to leaders navigating HR related topics and work. The HR Specialist offers support regarding policy interpretation, management practices, procedure development, compensation, compliance, and benefits. This position also provides support to the Operations and Benefits teams and will work on a variety of assignments and projects individually and in partnership with other COE's.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)


  1. Education:Bachelor's Degree required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of Human Resources experience required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking, analytical and consultative skills along with the ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions.
