Description: The successful candidate will work on exciting digital transformation projects that serve the needs of the Operations and Maintenance staff. Specifically, the candidate will deep-dive into understanding the people, processes, and technologies required to successfully operate the railroad. Key qualities include, but are not limited to, effective and reactive demand management, being a reliable and skilled team member, expertise on emerging technologies with an ability to deliver proof of concepts, and a proactive investigator on market products and best practices.
