What You Will Do:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with hotel reservations and travel planning.

  • Provide tailored recommendations for accommodations, amenities, and local attractions based on guests' preferences and requirements.

  • Handle special requests and inquiries efficiently, ensuring that all guest needs are met or exceeded.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to promote hotel packages and special offers.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, policies, and local events to effectively inform guests.

  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and preferences, ensuring personalized service in future engagements.

  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service, travel planning, or hospitality is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and hotel reservation software.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
