Overview The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the leadership team and other staff members within the community by performing various clerical duties, such as preparing correspondence, memos, and reports. Responsibilities Coordinates appointments and meetings between multiple calendars. Organizes agendas and sets up meetings. Records meeting minutes and maintains meeting attendance records. Interacts with patients, residents, family members, staff, and others through phone calls, written correspondence, and/or in person. Qualifications Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
