Yard Supervisor Shift: 1st, (7AM-3:30 PM) *Pay: $35/hr (Based on Experience)* We're looking for a Yard Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced construction environment. This role involves managing equipment and building maintenance, coordinating logistics, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Team: Lead 3-5 team members, assign tasks, train, and manage performance. Schedule & Prioritize: Plan work to meet deadlines and adjust as priorities change. Maintenance: Ensure yard equipment and tools are properly maintained and functional. Logistics: Manage shipments, inventory, and collaborate with the logistics team. Safety & Compliance: Follow and enforce safety protocols in line with OSHA standards. Documentation: Complete timecards, records, and reports as needed. Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction or equipment maintenance. Education: Associate's degree preferred. OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certifications a plus. Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform physical tasks. Skills: Familiar with tools, equipment maintenance, and basic software (Microsoft Office, job tracking)
