Could you be the full-time onsite Project Manager in Tampa, FL, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance) objectives. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as tender, engineering, and site operations), manage customer relationships and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Accountability for project QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) performance and optimization of financial performance (Margin & Cash),



  • Responsibility for defining project strategies, including PMP (Project Management Plan) elaboration and objectives allocation to Sub-Systems,



  • Leadership in coordinating project activities and stakeholders, ensuring proper transfer from tender to project execution,



  • Management of resources, including defining project core team staffing and escalating when resources do not match project needs,



  • Team leadership, ensuring alignment of key stakeholders and engagement in achieving project objectives,



  • Oversight of contractual compliance, including variation orders, change management, and claim/litigation management,



  • Proactive risk, savings, and opportunity management to drive project success,



  • Transparent reporting of project progress and KPIs to senior management during critical business reviews,



  • Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and policies, including EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), Code of Ethics, and Quality standards,



  • Management of site activities, including resource planning, site access, and tools, while supporting field task initiation through WMS (Work Method Statements) and Risk Assessments
