In this dynamic role within our rapidly evolving industry, you will play a crucial part in the development and success of our financial advisors. Your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver operational training materials, ensuring our advisors and their staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the ever-changing landscape of financial systems and industry practices. What you'll do:
- Create, maintain and update current training materials, step-by-step documentation and written/visual materials for online, virtual and in person training programs for Advisors and AE staff
- Administer classroom, online and one-on-one training
- Maintain training records
- Prepare presentation materials and handouts
- Develop surveys and tools
Experience you'll bring:
- Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with all personality types and levels of staff
- Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage a heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
- Experience in learning and creating online training programs on specific product information
Bonus Points:

- 2 or more years' experience working in the financial industry or in training & development
