POSITION SUMMARY

The Property Management Coordinator is responsible for daily receiving and disbursement of mail and packages to the homeowner community, as well as the operation departments. The Property Management Coordinator will also assist with property caretaking coverage a minimum of 2 days a week, and as needed. This is a full-time year-round, benefit-eligible position. The pay rate for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr, based upon experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Oversee mail and shipment facility and operations
  • Receive and keep record of shipments/mail
  • Prepare and keep record of outgoing shipments/mail
  • Prepare weekly mail room activity reports
  • Perform routine house checks
  • Perform preventative equipment maintenance
  • Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical when needed
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and requests in a professional manner
  • Enforce association rules and regulations
  • Additional duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High school Diploma, or equivalent


Experience:
  • 2+ years' experience in a corporate setting
  • Mailroom experience, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds on regular basis
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and display high initiative


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position may be required to work evenings, and holidays.
