Seasonal (Seasonal) Job Title: In House Valet Location: Park City, Utah Terms: Seasonal, full and part time roles available Pay : $21/hour base wage, plus tips. Estimated Start Date: 11/24/2025 Requirements: Expect weekend and holiday work. Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. Previous hospitality experience preferred, not required ! Ski Butlers is a stand-alone business under Denver based Alterra Mountain Company. About the role: In House Valet are the face of Ski Butlers at our on-site hotel service center locations. This role aims to provide a seamless experience for all hotel guests using the hotel's skier services. From arrival to departure, valet technicians' welcome guests to the resort, store their equipment for daily use , work with hotel team members and create a genuine, personal hospitality experience unlike any other. This role adjusts renters skis onsite but does not do any fittings. Perks and Benefits: Free Alterra Mountain Company Employee pass: Unlimited access to all AMC owned resorts Ability to upgrade to full Ikon Pass at heavily discounted rate Ability to ski everyday * Barring blackout dates at Deer Valley Access to 645+ industry discounted brands through Expertvoice Discounted a ccess to Rossignol /Dynastar/Lange equipment 401K benefit and match for ALL staff members over 18 years old Primary Responsibilities: Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements: Provide timely , accurate placement and retrieval of guest's skis and other related stored equipment Support: assist guests with fitting and adjusting Ski Butlers equipment as needed Assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation and local mountain to wn knowledge Setting up the next shift and future team members for success Enhance the overall skier experience Secondary Responsibilities: Basic ski/snowboard maintenance Answering face-to-face questions with a positive and inviting tone of voice Anticipating guest needs Snow removal Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
