Additional perks & benefits for year round employees POSITION SUMMARY The Property Management Coordinator is responsible for daily receiving and disbursement of mail and packages to the homeowner community, as well as the operation departments. The Property Management Coordinator will also assist with property caretaking coverage a minimum of 2 days a week, and as needed. This is a full-time year-round, benefit-eligible position. The pay rate for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr, based upon experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
