We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Corporate Governance Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team at Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about supporting global corporate governance operations.
What you will do:
- Manage and maintain corporate records for multiple U.S. and international legal entities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., CSC) to support entity governance, annual filings, dissolutions, and other corporate maintenance activities.
- Administer and update signature authority matrices in alignment with internal controls and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and other internal stakeholders to support corporate transactions and compliance initiatives.
- Prepare board and shareholder resolutions, consents, and meeting materials.
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory inquiries related to corporate governance.
- Maintain and organize legal entity databases and document management systems.
The skills you bring:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance, preferably in a multinational or large corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing international legal entities and working with CSC or similar corporate service providers.
- Strong understanding of signature authority frameworks and internal governance protocols.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with precision and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with executive leadership. High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program.
- Experience with entity management platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance programs, risk management, and corporate policy development.
- Prior experience supporting legal operations or legal technology initiatives, including through the use of AI.

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
