HR Manager - Gerber Portland, OR (Hybrid) Make a lasting impact where heritage meets innovation. Now, we're looking for a Human Resources Manager to help shape the future of our Portland manufacturing site. About the Role As the HR Manager, you'll be the key driver of people strategy at our Portland site, leading both office and manufacturing HR initiatives. You'll work closely with leaders and employees to ensure our people programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with business goals-while also helping us create an engaging and inclusive workplace culture. This role is a critical part of our on-site leadership team, reporting directly to senior HR leadership and collaborating across the organization.
